Please note that we will carry out customer service under our currently valid and known customer service conditions, insofar as this is not a warranty. The invoice will be issued exclusively to the customer of the customer service deployment with the exception of the specification of a different billing address. The decision as to whether a warranty claim exists can only be made by the customer service management. A calculation is also made if a possible notice of defects should prove to be unfounded.
If the repair is not desired, the travel and inspection costs incurred will be charged.
